COMPLIANCE

Every number is checked before it rings.

If a call would break a rule, it doesn't go out. Your collectors never have to count attempts or look up time zones, and every decision is logged so you can show your work in an audit.

REG F · 1006.14
7 calls in 7 days, per debt
Attempts and conversations are counted for each debt automatically, so a consumer with three accounts is never over-called.
FDCPA · TCPA
Calling hours in every time zone
A call goes out only when it is inside allowed hours at the consumer’s address and for the phone’s area code.
STATE & CITY
Stricter local rules win
Massachusetts, Washington, New York City and more are in the rules table. Your compliance owner approves each rule before it runs.
CONSENT
Consent and revocation per number
Cell consent is tracked with its source and date, a revocation stops dialing instantly, and reassigned numbers are screened out.
FEATURES

Everything a collection floor needs, in one screen.

Power and predictive dialing
Power mode for any team size, predictive for large lists, with the abandon rate held under the legal limit.
Call recording
Every call is recorded and kept for three years by default, with retention you can extend per client.
Payments on the call
Collectors take card and ACH payments in a secure form, and recording pauses automatically while details are entered.
Voicemail drops
Approved messages with the required disclosures, limited to what the rules allow for each number.
Inbound callbacks
Returned calls ring a collector with the right account already on screen.
Supervisor dashboard
Live floor view with monitor, whisper and barge on any call.
Collections Max sync
Accounts come in and results go back on a schedule, with no double entry.
Local caller ID
A pool of local numbers so consumers see a familiar area code.
CollectDial AI · Coming soon

AI that works inside the rules.

Every AI feature runs on top of the same compliance checks as the dialer, so automation never gets around your contact rules.

AI call scoring
Every recorded call is reviewed for required disclosures and tone, so supervisors coach from real calls instead of a random sample.

Questions agencies ask

Do we have to replace our collection software?
No. The dialer works alongside it. Collections Max is supported today, and other systems can be added.
Who decides which contact rules apply?
Your agency does. The rules table ships with federal, state and city rules, and your compliance owner approves each one before it is used.
How are card numbers handled?
Card and bank details go straight to your payment processor in a secure form. They are never stored in the dialer or on the recording.
How long does setup take?
We load your rules, caller ID numbers and accounts, then your collectors start in power mode.

See it on your own accounts.

We'll walk your team through a live campaign and show how your current contact rules would be applied.
